We use durable and functional PU (polyurethane) leather in our manufacturing process, ensuring consistent performance. PU leather is a synthetic material that offers excellent durability and wear resistance, ideal for withstanding rigorous play on the court.
Each ball is carefully crafted by precisely cutting PU leather panels, designed to fit perfectly and form the three-dimensional structure of the ball. We apply unique and attractive designs before sewing the panels, achieving a distinctive aesthetic.
Our experts sew the panels with strong thread, ensuring a solid joint. Subsequently, a rubber bladder is inserted into the structure, which is inflated to the appropriate pressure to shape the ball. Each ball undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure its quality and durability.
We then ship our balls from our factory to our warehouse in the United States by sea and/or air depending on the urgency and the amount of stock available. Once purchased, the products are shipped from our warehouses to the final destination through UPS, guaranteeing a professional and reliable service.
